The Rusty bit boutique Shipping is $7.00 for standard.
Orders ship within 2-4 business days from the business in South Dakota. The Rusty bit boutique is NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Shipping time for US orders typically takes between 2-5 business days from the time it is sent from the business!
If you have issues, contact your local USPS first and they can help locate the package. Once it leaves the Rusty bit boutique we have to locate and track all packages through the shipping company.

The rusty bit boutique, we understand shopping online can be tricky. We offer a simple solution if you decide your order is not perfect. You have 30 days from the day you receive your item(s) to send back the items for a credit in the form of a The rusty bit boutique gift card. You may also return for an exchange if quantities/size/colors are available. You can visit our return portal below and will be charged the shipping return fee.
- All items being returned must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. ALL SALE/ JEWELRY ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. If a clearance item is returned, we will return to the sender.
- HANDLING FEE IS COST OF SHIPPING LABEL! Covering the cost of the shipping label ONLY.
The rusty bit boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Defective Items:
- If you have received a defective item, please contact us within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within three days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.
- We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling or incorrect sizing.
